Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations-Rooms to lead cross-functional efforts across Rooms and Food & Beverage, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You will guide department heads, implement Hyatt service standards, and monitor performance to foster growth opportunities within Hyatt.

Competenze

• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience at a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong operational knowledge in the Rooms division.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting.
• Convention hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
