Qualifications

5+ years in guest services or supervisory roles in hotels.
Experience with front desk operations and service recovery.
Strong communication and customer service skills under pressure.
Ability to lead and inspire a team focused on service excellence.
Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with FSPMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities
