Job summary

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel, managed by Spire Hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires evening and weekend availability and a passion for service excellence.

You will promote a culture of guest satisfaction, mentor staff, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out, with knowledge of hotel operations and reservations systems. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years' combined experience in guest services and supervisory roles in hotels or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and service recovery.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities
