Job summary

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel, part of Spire Hospitality, is seeking a creative, guest-focused front desk agent. The role requires availability mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour based onexperience.

You will warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and contribute to memorable stays. Strong computer skills, hospitality mindset, and customer-service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.

Pay is $17.50, based on experience!

Qualifications:

Education:

Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.
