Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the Hilton Birmingham at UAB in Birmingham, AL. You will lead F&B operations, ensuring service excellence and cost controls across a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in luxury hotels or full-service resorts, knowledge of Micros, and a proactive, organized approach to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a luxury hotel restaurant or full-service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Well organized and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff.
• Share capabilities and programs with other departments and clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests.
• Ensure standards of food, beverage and service quality are maintained.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory, receiving and product cost systems.
• Lead by following productivity standards for F&B staff.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere to foster loyalty.
• Assist with hiring and training for F&B personnel.
• Support other F&B outlets as needed.
