The Sebastian Vail is seeking a dynamic food and beverage leader to oversee day-to-day operations across dining, banquet, and events at our luxury resort. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, uphold quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will partner with culinary and hotel leadership, manage budgeting and inventory, ensure safety and compliance, and champion service excellence through effective scheduling and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management within a hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple service areas simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and financial management principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure excellent guest service, quality, and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to promote a positive, high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement operational procedures that support efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor performance to meet business needs and budget goals.
• Partner with culinary, banquet, and hotel leadership to execute memorable dining and event experiences.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support financial performance and minimize waste.
• Review guest feedback and service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards are consistently followed.
• Support menu planning, promotions, and special event execution as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
