The Sebastian Vail is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support daily front desk operations, lead by example, and ensure a warm, seamless guest experience in a luxury mountain resort setting.

You will collaborate with the Front Office leadership team to maintain service standards, monitor front desk processes, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while balancing operational efficiency and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest services management.
• Experience leading a hospitality or hotel team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk and guest services operations.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring front office staff.
