Job summary

Kessler Hotels, a luxury hospitality group, seeks an Engineering Project Manager to support the Director of Engineering in planning and executing hotel projects, including capital upgrades and major renovations at properties spanning luxury segments. You will collaborate with design teams, contractors and city officials to deliver on-time, on-budget results while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education, License, Certifications, Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; luxury brand/markets experience required; construction/trade experience required; 5+ years of relevant work in similar scope and title preferred; trade-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and managing hotel operations and building projects (capital, construction, department-level).
• Provide leadership to Specialists and Contractors; maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with design team, contractors, engineers, and city officials; manage FF&E and OS&E inventories; ensure safety compliance.
