Spire Hospitality is seeking an experienced facilities/engineering professional to oversee maintenance operations for our hotels and resorts. This exempt full-time role focuses on upholding high standards of functionality, energy management, and responsible project leadership across properties.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on hotel maintenance expertise, a proven track record in leading engineering teams, and the ability to manage complex rehab and expansion projects while ensuring guest

Qualifikationen

• Three years' experience performing building maintenance in a hotel or related industry.
• One year's experience as a head or Assistant Chief Engineer in the same environment.
• Electrician's license or equivalent permits as required by law.

Aufgaben

• Ensures the property's condition is upheld to high standards of functionality and visually appealing to guests.
• Manages the rehabilitation, expansion, and special projects for the property.
• Maintains effective energy management and preventative maintenance programs.
• Conducts special training for other operating departments on the safe and effective use of equipment and energy in the hotel.
• Manages all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, outlets, back of the house spaces and grounds.
• Assigns and verifies completion of all repairs, replacements, and renovation projects to guest areas, offices and team member work areas.
