Job summary

KLH Engineers is seeking a Project Manager to lead client communications from design through construction and post-project follow-up. You will guide the design team, define scope, schedule, and quality controls while monitoring client satisfaction, accounts receivable, and profitability. Occasional travel may be required.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background and AEC industry experience, with ability to manage project teams, budgets, and client relationships end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience and 3 years of experience in an engineering field.
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) in engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• Applicants with an engineering background or experience in the AEC industry are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope in collaboration with senior management and team members.
• Create a detailed work plan and sequence activity steps.
• Determine resources, including fee proposals and negotiations.
• Develop a project schedule and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
