Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Design and Construction Superintendent to lead strategic planning, management, and execution of Casino and Hotel capital projects. The role collaborates with the Design and Construction Director and hotel/casino staff to drive capital improvements and ensure schedules and deliverables meet business needs.

The candidate will coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors, track orders, and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• Construction blueprint reading required.
• Hospitality Project Supervision & Management experience preferred.
• Commercial construction experience preferred.
• Construction management or equivalent work experience.
• Previous casino/hotel industry experience preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to communicate effectively with all departments within an organization.
• Must excel at strategic thinking, project planning, project management and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning, management, implementation of ongoing Casino and Hotel capital projects.
• Report to the Design and Construction Director and work closely with hotel and casino staff to facilitate ongoing capital improvement projects.
• Scheduling for both in-house employees and subcontractors.
• Tracking supply orders.
• Working closely with the Purchasing department to maintain timely delivery to complete project.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 is a plus.
