You will lead and develop the engineering team, oversee maintenance, and ensure the highest standards of building performance, safety, and resident satisfaction. This senior role requires a proven track record in luxury hospitality facilities management, strong leadership, and expertise across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in luxury hospitality or luxury residential properties.
• Strong track record in engineering and facilities management within high-end environments.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of Engineering in overseeing engineering operations, maintenance, and facilities management across the property.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the engineering team to maintain high standards of service.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes for building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the work order system and ensure requests are prioritized and completed to a high standard.
• Coordinate with Residential Management Team to resolve engineering matters promptly and professionally.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and support budget management and capital planning.
• Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and fire codes.
