The Colonnade Hotel Boston is seeking a dedicated Front Office/Guest Services team member to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism in a Four Diamond luxury setting in Back Bay. You will be the face of our hotel, assisting guests from arrival to departure with a focus on service excellence.

This Full-time role requires flexible shifts, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the capacity to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must have proven exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods outside.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests and visitors.
• Assisting guests with luggage.
• Parking vehicles and maintaining curbside traffic at hotel entrance.
• Assisting guests with directions and securing transportation.
