Omni Boston Seaport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, assisting with information about the hotel and local area, and coordinating with Concierge, Bell-Door, and Ideal Services teams to fulfill requests.

The role requires strong customer service, multi-tasking, and a commitment to security and accuracy in guest folios and profiles.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni Moments of Service and SOPs.
• Listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Set up accurate guest accounts with preferences and payment details.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments for special requests.
