Highgate Hotels is seeking a Bellperson to assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure and to assist guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. The role supports guest services at our property and aligns with our commitment to hospitality excellence.

The Bellperson will load/unload luggage carts, escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and provide information on local attractions and hotel services.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure order and sufficient supplies.
• Explain room features and operation of devices and entertainment.
• Check/store luggage with tags for arrivals and departures.
• Deliver messages, flowers, laundry and other amenities as needed.
• Show guestrooms and suites and emphasize hotel amenities.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
