Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Managing Director for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. The role focuses on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction while developing employees and maintaining brand integrity.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury lifestyle hospitality, strong ownership mindset, and deep knowledge of the Miami luxury market, with experience in pre-opening and high-impact leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have visionary, high-impact leadership in luxury lifestyle hospitality.
• Successful pre-opening and new-build experience is required.
• Strong expertise across F&B, entertainment, nightlife and elevated guest experiences.
• Exceptional ownership and stakeholder relationship skills required.

Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust as needed with department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate standards.
• Meet financial review dates and corporate directed programs on schedule.
• Hold monthly financial reviews with department managers and supervisors.
• Maintain budgeted productivity levels and standard accounting procedures.
• Develop managers for future advancement through competency training and corporate programs.
• Support sales efforts with daily calls and client meetings to drive revenue.
• Oversee training to align with Highgate Garden Standard and weekly standards.
