Highgate Hotels, LP invites a seasoned F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations of the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences F&B outlets in Miami. You will lead staff, ensure top-tier service, manage menus, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining budgets, and driving revenue through quality product and service. This full-time role requires visible leadership on the floor during service periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; participate in MOD coverage as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance per hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and inform issues as they arise.
• Monitor quality of service and adherence to SOPs in all outlets.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
