Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the front-of-house team, ensure service standards, and drive financial performance to deliver an exceptional guest experience on site.

You will collaborate with Culinary, Events, Marketing, and leadership to develop SOPs, manage budgets, optimize labor and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 4–6 years hotel/upscale restaurant management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, labor management, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring service, food quality, and standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and thank guests on departure.
• Lead FOH team, recruit front-of-house staff, and develop SOPs.
• Manage budgets, forecast revenues, payroll, and COGS.
• Collaborate with Directors on menus, marketing, and programs.
• Oversee POS programming and ensure system accuracy.
