Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive hotel or related experience; or 2-year degree with 3+ years; or 4-year degree with 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests' requests, problems, and complaints with courteous, efficient service.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by monitoring daily status and rate variance.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure timely payroll and attendance records.
