Highgate Hotels is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the front of house team, and ensure service standards meet brand expectations.

You will manage budgets, labor, and costs, collaborate with culinary, events, and sales teams, and uphold safety and quality. A strong hospitality background, leadership, and bilingual ability are preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or

• Experience managing a fine-dining or upscale hotel restaurant.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, food quality, and presentation meet standards.
• Circulate on the restaurant floor during service, checking with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of front of house staff; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety; ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Collaborate with culinary, events, marketing, and leadership to drive programs and guest satisfaction.
