Highgate Hotels is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami, overseeing full daily operations of the restaurant and leading the front-of-house team. The GM will ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance, while being highly visible during peak service hours.

Candidate should have 4–6 years of restaurant management in upscale settings, plus a strong grasp of cost accounting, budgeting, labor management, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of restaurant management experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/F&B Management, or Culinary schooling preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, labor management, and profitability

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, food quality, and presentation meet standards
• Circulate on the restaurant floor during service, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing complaints
• Supervise setup and maintenance of dining room areas and opening/closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness; conduct daily inspections for health, safety, hygiene standards
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to ensure efficient operations and quality guest service
• Manage SevenRooms reservations with host staff and ensure accuracy of guest data
