Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for the E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences to lead the housekeeping team, uphold brand standards, and oversee daily condo-hotel operations. This role requires strong leadership, cost control, and a focus on guest experience.

You will manage staffing, training, and budgeting, while coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and Residential Services to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for hotel guests and residents.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 3–5 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or residential environment, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in condo-hotel, mixed-use, or branded hotel environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing labor, supplies, and departmental expenses.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, residential units, and public spaces.
• Ensure high-quality cleanliness and presentation per brand standards and condo-hotel agreements.
• Conduct inspections and address deficiencies to meet standards.
• Coordinate room status and turnover with Front Office for timely arrivals and departures.
• Monitor guest feedback and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist with service recovery for housekeeping-related concerns.
• Report maintenance and follow up on repairs with Engineering.
• Lead and develop housekeeping staff; train on procedures and safety.
