Job summary

Crenn Dining Group in San Francisco is seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to oversee daily operations, guest services, and staff development across multiple sites. The role demands Michelin-level managerial experience, high energy, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.

You will train, recruit, and supervise teams, manage costs, and drive sales while upholding the company's values of humanity, sustainability, artistry and equity. Travel to other USA locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Michelin managerial experience of 2-5 years.
• High-level knowledge of luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Exceptional guest services and communication skills.
• Operational skills in Excel, Word, and cost-management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; assist GM with customer service inquiries.
• Organize, run and supervise opening/closing shifts, ensuring excellent guest and employee experience.
• Provide leadership to hourly and management teams and foster company culture.
• Respond to guest and employee needs with tact and timeliness.
• Assist in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and develop BOH staff as needed.
• Inventory, order placement, and inspection of deliveries; track high-cost items.
• Promote teamwork across all teams and maintain service standards.
• Work across multiple sites with travel as needed; lift up to 50 pounds.
