Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hospitality operations experience across multi-site or complex food & beverage environments.
• Experience opening restaurants or hotel food & beverage programs; strong service culture background.
• Executive presence with credibility both on the floor and in a boardroom.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead through change.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time and be based in the SF Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to portfolio locations to provide senior leadership coverage during transitions or absences.
• Stabilize and elevate operations while maintaining full service continuity.
• Improve guest experience and service standards across all locations.
• Oversee micro-kitchen, multi-format operations, and catering/events support.
• Lead new openings and program-wide operational initiatives with senior leaders.
• Coach site leaders and ensure training on HACCP, safety, and guest engagement.
