• Michelin managerial experience of 2-5 years.
• High energy and guest-focused leadership.
• Understanding of luxury hospitality.
• Warm and welcoming to staff and guests.
• Exceptional skills in guest services and staff leadership.
• Ability to multitask at a high level.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and service.
• Operational proficiency in Excel, Word; basic accounting/cost management.
• Strong communication, collaboration and delegation.
• Excellent English; basic wine-language knowledge.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Motivate and lead people; hold employees accountable.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures.
• Willing to travel or relocate within the USA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; assist with financials / statements; support GM.
• Organize and supervise opening/closing shifts with exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while fostering our culture.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Assist in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business towards financial goals.
• Partner with management to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop BOH staff.
• Perform inventories of food, beverage and supplies; place orders and inspect deliveries.
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
• Handle challenges with tact and courtesy; travel as needed.
