Qualifications

• High interest in learning Hermès métiers, history and art collection.
• Strong communication skills with warmth in all interactions.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly disposition.
• Proactive, calm, and polite in customer handling.
• Ability to provide neighborhood/store information to clients.
• Experience in luxury retail or concierge/host roles is a plus.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and anticipation of client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an effortless luxury environment and exceed hospitality expectations.
• Greet and welcome clients entering and leaving the boutique.
• Manage main floor traffic, greet clients, determine needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor.
• Interact with clients, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Provide bespoke hospitality in collaboration with the sales team.
• Assist guests with taxi or car service and help with shopping bags as needed.
• Offer directions and coordinate with Concierge/Host for car services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and métiers.
• Hold umbrellas during inclement weather
• Alert to client service needs and notify Asset Protection of safety concerns
• Support business needs and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
