Levelociti, a top-ranked Custom Home / Luxury Homebuilder in Martin County, seeks a Project Accountant to support the operations of the growing accounting division. You will manage project costs, subcontractor invoicing, AIA Pay Apps, and owner billings while maintaining precise accounting records.

Requirements include a 4-year accounting degree, Procore experience, and at least 2 years in residential construction.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year accounting degree.
• Procore experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in residential homebuilding or construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage project-specific costs, subcontractor invoicing, AIA Pay Apps, and owner billings.
• Maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.
• Communicate with vendors and clients/homeowners and handle AP and AR responsibilities.
• Verify accuracy of transactions and vendor invoicing compliance.
