Levelociti, a top-ranked Custom Home / Luxury Homebuilder in Martin County, seeks a Project Accountant to support the operations of the growing accounting division. You will manage project costs, subcontractor invoicing, AIA Pay Apps, and owner billings while maintaining precise accounting records.

Requirements include a 4-year accounting degree, Procore experience, and at least 2 years in residential construction.

• Requires a 4-year accounting degree.
• Procore experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in residential homebuilding or construction industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing project-specific costs, subcontractor invoicing, AIA Pay Apps, and owner billings
• Maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
• Communicate with Vendors and Clients/Homeowners and execute all AP and AR responsibilities
• Check the accuracy of business transactions, including Vendor compliance to invoicing requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 year Accounting degree required
• Procore experience is required
• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in residential homebuilding industry or other construction industries
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
