Toll Brothers, America’s Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in McKinney, TX. On-site five days a week, you’ll assist to achieve sales goals, drive traffic, and deliver a premium customer experience from first visit through move-in.

You will generate traffic, support online and onsite teams, and build strong Real Estate Agent relationships. Training, mentorship, and growth into a Sales Consultant role are provided.

Formación

• Essential: Real Estate license is required in some states.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week.
• Self-starter, motivated to learn through mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Generate traffic for the community and maintain online presence.
• Support Online and Onsite Sales teams to drive internet lead conversion.
• Build and leverage relationships with Real Estate Agents.
• Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan traffic-generating activities.
• Learn to manage quick-delivery home inventory and complete competitive analysis.
• Demonstrate model home and community features to customers; assist with paperwork.
