Qualifications

• Real Estate license is required in some states.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week.
• Self-starter, motived to learn through mentorship
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic and assist online/onsite sales to drive internet lead conversion
• Demonstrate model home, community features and homesites to customers
• Assist with mortgage process coordination with TBIM and lender
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings
• Maintain online presence and coordinate with marketing for traffic-generating activities
