Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in Houston, TX. This on-site role is a training path to a Sales Consultant, focused on delivering a premium buyer experience from first visit through move-in.

You will support generating traffic, closing deals, and coordinating with Online and Onsite teams while learning mortgage processes and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Real estate license is required in some states.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week.
• Self-starter and motivated to learn through mentorship.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic and drive internet lead conversions.
• Demonstrate model home and features to customers.
• Assist with mortgage process and TBIM paperwork.
• Coordinate with marketing for traffic-generating activities.
• Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and prospects.
