Responsibilities

• Generate traffic and maintain online presence for the community.
• Support sales teams to drive internet lead conversions and appointments.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to customers at visits.
• Assist with mortgage process coordination with TBIM and lenders.
• Prepare and present real estate documents and paperwork.
• Attend all sales meetings and participate in continuing training.
