Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in San Antonio, TX. This onsite role focuses on delivering a first-class customer experience from initial visit to move-in.

Responsibilities include generating traffic, presenting homes, and guiding buyers through the mortgage and closing process while maintaining high standards of service and collaboration with Real Estate Agents and the Online Sales team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or related work in real estate or luxury home environment.
• Real Estate license is required in some states and preferred where applicable.
• Weekend availability and a full-time, 5-day work week are expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic and maintain online presence for the assigned community.
• Drive results by managing quick-delivery home inventory and performing competitive analyses.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to customers; prepare real estate documents and contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with mortgage teams to facilitate closings.
