Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury community in Panama City Beach, FL. On-site 5 days a week, you will support traffic generation, client relations, and the move-in experience from first visit to home delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, selling, and collaboration skills; real estate licenses are state-dependent. Compensation p/package accompanies medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.

• Strong selling skills with lead generation and closing ability
• Collaborate with Online Sales and Construction across departments
• Develop negotiation techniques to gain customer commitment
• Clear written and oral communication with grammatical accuracy

Mansioni

• Generate traffic for assigned community through online and onsite presence
• Support online and onsite sales teams to drive lead conversion
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents to source buyers
• Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities
• Demonstrate model homes and community features to clients
• Assist in paperwork and documents for real estate transactions
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings
