Job summary

Toll Brothers in Grapevine, Texas, seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant for our luxury home community. You will generate traffic, manage agreements, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver a superior luxury experience from initial visit to move-in.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience
• Real Estate license is required in some states
• Weekend availability is required
• Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week

Responsibilities

• Generate Traffic: update online community information, drive internet lead conversion, build relationships with Real Estate Agents, prospect and set appointments, plan traffic activities
• Drives Results: manage quick delivery homes, analyze products and neighborhoods, maintain White Glove standards, demonstrate features and homesites, use Salesforce/E1 to update data, prepare real estate paperwork, attend sales meetings
• Customer Service: deliver exceptional showroom experience, partner with design studio, assist mortgage process with TBIM, coordinate post-sale communications, present closing gifts
