Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant for a new luxury home community in Vero Beach, Florida. This onsite role focuses on delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in, generating traffic, and achieving community sales goals.

The position requires a strong focus on customers, collaboration with online and construction teams, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience.
• Selling: uses sales techniques to develop leads and gain customer commitment.
• Collaboration: work with Online Sales and Construction across departments.
• Negotiation: explore alternatives and persuade for commitment.
• Communication: clear written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate Traffic: maintain online presence and drive lead conversion.
• Drives Results: manage quick delivery home supply and analyze products.
• Customer Service: provide exceptional experience, assist with mortgage process.
• Demo: demonstrate model home, community features, and homesites to customers.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan traffic activities.
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
