Toll Brothers in Tracy, California seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant to deliver a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in. This on-site role focuses on building traffic, closing sales, and maintaining high client satisfaction with a strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance with company standards.

The position requires a Real Estate license in some states, weekend availability, and a full-time 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Essential: 3+ years sales experience
• Essential: Real Estate license is required in some states
• Essential: Weekend availability is required
• Essential: Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: 3+ years new home sales experience
• Preferred: New home construction knowledge

Responsabilités

• Generate Traffic: Maintain online presence for assigned community; partner with Online Sales; build relationships with Real Estate Agents; conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting; coordinate with marketing for traffic activities.
• Drives Results: Proactively manage supply of quick delivery homes; complete competitive analyses; monitor model home appearance to meet White Glove standards; demonstrate homesites; use core applications to update customer info; prepare and present real estate documents.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional experiences at the sales center; partner with design studio; assist in mortgage process with TBIM; manage weekly communications with post-sale customers; deliver closing gifts.
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
