Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant for a new Reno, Nevada community. This on-site role trains toward becoming a Sales Consultant, focusing on traffic, customer service, and closing activities from first visit through move-in.

You will generate leads, coordinate with agents and marketing, demonstrate homes, and guide clients through mortgage and paperwork processes to deliver a luxury customer experience.

Qualifications

• Real estate license is required in some states.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Maintains a full‑time, 5‑day work week.
• Self‑starter, motivated to learn through mentorship.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate traffic by updating community information online and coordinating with MLS and Tollbrothers.com.
• Support Online and Onsite Sales teams to drive internet lead conversion.
• Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and conduct prospecting and appointments.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan traffic‑generating activities.
• Learn to manage the supply of quick delivery homes in the community.
• Complete competitive analysis of products, neighborhoods, and amenities.
• Monitor model homes and community appearance to meet White Glove standards.
• Demonstrate features and homesites; use Salesforce, Pivotal, MS Office, E1.
• Assist with preparing and presenting real estate paperwork.
• Attend and participate in all sales meetings.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the sales center and build relationships.
• Partner with design studio team to meet business objectives.
• Assist in mortgage process with TBIM; ensure applications and commitments are in place.
• Coordinate post‑sale communications and deliver closing gifts.
