Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an accomplished Property Manager for a luxury Class A high-rise in Downtown Chicago. You will lead operations, drive financial performance, and manage a sophisticated ownership partnership to deliver a premier resident experience.

You will supervise the on-site team, develop talent, and ensure lease-up milestones are met while upholding compliance across RLTO and fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Multifamily Property Manager.
• 3+ years managing luxury Class A high-rise apartment communities, 250+ units preferred.
• 3+ years supervising an on-site team (leasing, resident services, maintenance).
• Experience with third-party/fee-managed properties and reporting to ownership or asset management.
• Strong financial acumen: budgets, variance, reforecasts, GL coding, capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership and asset management relationships with timely, proactive communication.
• Prepare and present financial packages and reporting for ownership.
• Oversee annual budgets, pricing strategies, concessions and leases to maximize revenue.
• Direct on-site team and recruit/develop talent; ensure service excellence.
• Drive lease-up velocity and exceptional resident experiences while maintaining compliance.
