Job summary

Evolution Parking and Guest Services is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee all aspects of parking operations, including valet services, budget control, and safety programs. You will maintain Forbes guest service standards, drive client relationships, and lead a team to achieve high performance.

You will forecast staffing needs, manage payroll, and coordinate with hotel clients to maximize revenue opportunities while upholding Evolution’s service standards and core values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet parking operations and ensure high service standards.
• Lead and motivate the team; manage staffing, scheduling, payroll.
• Monitor budget, revenue, and key performance metrics.
