Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee all parking operations, including valet, guest service standards, client relationships, and team performance. The role emphasizes budget management, safety, and HR processes in a luxury service environment.

You will lead frontline staff, coordinate with hotel clients, and drive metrics for productivity, turnover, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance and quality assurance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments with a track record of high service standards.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role within hospitality or parking operations.
• Experience using HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) or similar HR platforms.
• Experience with customer service in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet parking operations and uphold Forbes guest service standards.
• Lead and coach the team during peak hours including evenings and weekends.
• Monitor metrics related to productivity, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate payroll processing and staffing in partnership with HR.
• Develop strong relationships with hotel client teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety procedures and incident reporting are followed.
• Forecast staffing needs to manage seasonal variances.
