Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee all aspects of parking operations, including valet services, client relationships, budgeting, and safety. The role focuses on maintaining Forbes guest service standards and inspiring the team to deliver luxury service.

You will lead staffing, payroll, scheduling, and performance, while developing strong relationships with hotel clients and ensuring accurate revenue collection and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, High School Diploma or GED required, or relevant working experience.
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
• Experience with Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet parking operations and ensure proper representation by Evolution team members.
• Maintain Forbes guest service standards and foster client relationships.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and staffing to meet demand.
• Track performance metrics and ensure safety for guests and staff.
• Develop cohesive relationships with client hotel employees and understand client objectives.
• Forecast seasonal variances with Area/Regional VP and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Recruit and onboard talent to build future leaders and Crescendo programs.
• Adhere to Evolution policies and ensure revenue integrity.
