• Experience in hotel front office or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and provide an excellent first impression.
• Log and follow up on all guest requests in the Alice system.
• Deliver wake-up calls within the requested time with punctuality.
• Be knowledgeable about Fairmont New Orleans and local attractions.
• Provide guests with accurate information about city and hotel services.
• Assist with directions and local recommendations as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records and VIP procedures.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
