Boston Yacht Haven in Boston's North End is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our luxury boutique hotel and marina team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with training and career growth in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You'll welcome guests, assist with concierge services, reservations, and VIP arrivals, coordinate with housekeeping, and help create memorable experiences at our harbor-front property.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred; training provided.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Assist guests with concierge services, local recommendations, transportation, and special requests.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across properties to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records in management systems.
• Cross-train in marina operations and other departments to support operations.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, events, and marina guest services as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
