Job summary

Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Guest Service Agent to drive a redesigned front desk in a lifestyle hotel. You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and personalize service at a luxury level while contributing to the property’s transformation ongoing through 2027.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality front desk roles, strong cross‑department collaboration, and solid PMS/cash handling knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front desk, guest services, or customer-facing experience in hospitality.
• Genuine warmth and strong communication with guests and team.
• Proficiency with PMS and cash handling procedures.
• Team player with ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register arriving guests, verify reservations, assign rooms and deliver a welcome.
• Process check-outs, handle payments, cash and foreign currency with care.
• Anticipate needs, use guest names, note preferences and special occasions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness and amenities.
• Upsell rooms, upgrades, services, and packages where appropriate.
