Soleil Tans Sun Spa is seeking a confident Guest Experience Consultant to deliver luxury service and drive sales. You will be the first and last impression of our Spa, guiding guests through memberships, resolving issues, and upholding the Soleil experience.

The role offers part-time hours (8–12 per week), weekend shifts, and earnings potential from base pay plus bonuses, tips, and coaching, with opportunities for advancement within a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales and communication with diverse clientele.
• Ability to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and educate clients on value.
• Professional maturity and resilience in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: guide guests through membership options and products, close sales, and educate on value.
• Independent Problem Resolution: first point of contact for guest concerns, de-escalate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Brand Stewardship: maintain luxury standards in facility appearance and professional presentation.
