Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or customer service.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of leading independently and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead with experience and inspire excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Hold partners accountable to standards and conduct daily coaching.
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires.
• Lead shifts independently and confidently.
• Drive sales through Soleil's process and focus on memberships, retail, and upgrades.
