Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests; manage check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones, schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments.
• Sell and manage time on the book to support providers and business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals including retail and services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of services, products, and promotions.
• Act as a liaison between guests and service providers for clear communication.
