Glamify MedSpa in Aldie, VA seeks a polished Front Desk Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to deliver luxury-level service and drive bookings, memberships, and product sales. You’ll greet guests, handle inquiries, manage scheduling, and educate clients on treatments while collaborating with clinicians and management.

The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and a proactive attitude to convert inquiries into loyal clients, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities in marketing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in medical spa, luxury spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology, or wellness environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, CRM, EMR, or POS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional, welcoming, and luxury-level client experience for every guest.
• Warmly greet clients and ensure a professional and positive experience from arrival through checkout.
• Manage incoming calls, texts, emails, online inquiries, and appointment requests promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments while optimizing provider schedules and clinic resources.
• Educate clients on Glamify services, treatments, packages, memberships, promotions, and skincare products.
• Convert inquiries and consultations into booked appointments, treatment packages, memberships, and repeat clients.
• Recommend and upsell services, packages, memberships, and products based on client needs.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support smooth front desk operations.
