Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing warm, personalized service throughout each visit.
• Welcome guests, provide spa tours, explain amenities, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, recommend spa services, and process guest payments.
• Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and remembering details.
• Support therapists by scheduling follow-up appointments and recommending retail products.
• Educate guests on Woodhouse services, memberships, promotions, and retail offerings.
• Partner with Spa Manager to maintain smooth daily operations and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in achieving spa service and retail sales goals through education.
• Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
